Benefits for all members:
-Access to a supportive community of members, groups, and local initiatives committed to social change and solidarity
-Access to space for coworking, meetings, and events (subject to availability and use limitations)

Our $25–75 individual membership operates on a sliding scale to make participation accessible to all. We invite you to choose an amount that reflects both what this membership means to you and what you can afford. No matter the amount, all members receive the same benefits.
For groups and organizations, we offer an organizational membership on a sliding scale of $125–375, providing the same access to our network, space, and project support—while helping sustain this collective infrastructure. We invite organizations to select an amount based on their size and operating budget.
* This membership does not automatically grant voting rights. However, at the end of each year, community members who have been actively engaged are invited to join our voting membership, which plays an active role in the governance of our community land trust.
