Art & Immigration

  • Brique par brique 633 Avenue Beaumont Montréal, QC, H3N 1V7 Canada (map)

Join us for a conversation with Mavi Villada, a Columbian Andaki indigenous singer-songwriter, poet, visual artist, human rights defender and proud wearer of the rainbow flag.

In this session, we will interview her about her immigration experience, and Mavi will generously immerse us in the beauty of her songs and painting. We will then invite you to share how art has served to empower you.
